Mr. Leto joined the firm of Alan Goldfarb, P.A. in March 2005.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leto was an associate at a prominent medical malpractice defense firm in Miami.  Mr. Leto prides himself on his aggressive and tireless representation of his clients.  He represents clients in all aspects of personal injury and products liability matters, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, property damage, medical malpractice and environmental law.  Mr. Leto has been selected by his peers as a Top Up and Coming Attorney in the 2008 South Florida Legal Guide and the Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite 2008.  

Mr. Leto is a graduate of the University of Arizona Eller College of Business where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  Following college, Mr. Leto attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he was an Articles and Comments Editor for the Business Law Review.  He earned his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2003. 

Since joining Alan Goldfarb, P.A., Mr. Leto has assisted in obtaining several multi-million dollar settlements.  He has litigated throughout the state of Florida in both State and Federal Courts.  Mr. Leto is licensed to practice in Florida, the Southern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Leto does not represent insurance companies.

Mr. Leto was born in Staten Island, New York on May 24, 1978.
